RedValley, the fast-growing company in Medellín, is looking for an English-speaking, proactive, and strategic, Customer Service Specialist to join our boutique gym fitness client. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will specialize in lead nurturing with the goal of converting sales leads into customers. The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for handling all inbound traffic, converting that traffic into new leads, and providing regular reporting activities. Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a deep knowledge of customer service best practices. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to high-quality customer service and achieve sales targets. What You'll Do Sales to consumers, including education of services, identifying their needs, conversion, cross-selling, and up-selling. Taking and updating payment information, as necessary. Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries. Maintain and coordinate schedules, appointments, and calendars Coordinating and scheduling sessions with trainers and clients and adding to appropriate calendars. Commitment to constantly improving the customer experience. Maintain and update sales and customer records in CRM Develop monthly sales reports. Create spreadsheets, presentations, and marketing materials. Prepare and update key sales promotion calendars and spreadsheets; track promotional spending and keep organized records of all promotional spending. Communicate important feedback from customers internally. Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations. Stay up-to-date with new services and features. What You'll Bring To The Team Proven work experience as a customer service or sales representative, agent, or similar role. Hands-on experience with CRM software & Google Suite (GSheets in particular). Understanding of sales performance metrics. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. A team player with a high level of dedication and a goal-driven attitude. Ability to work under deadlines.
