This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative position at Solvo Global in Medellin . The role involves tasks related to customer support, satisfaction, phone etiquette, customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience on a day to day basis. As a front line of support, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-quality service to our clients, while contributing to a positive and high performing work environment. Responsibilities Respond to a large volume of support calls and emails from our clients in a timely and professional manner, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Maintain a high rate of Isolved client retention by delivering superior customer service and addressing client inquiries effectively. Conduct research and resolve client inquiries, providing prompt and accurate solutions. Appropriately escalate complex issues for clients and participants, following our standard operating procedures.
