We are interested in individuals who have a high attention to detail and good written English. Training on the company's products, services, and processes will be provided. Responsibilities: Respond to customer emails, chats Make proper notes in the CRM / helpdesk software Follow company procedures Escalate tickets as needed Requirements B2+ or higher English (written and verbal)#J-18808-Ljbffr
