Customer Service

This is a remote position.

Schedule :

Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm Los Angeles, CA Time / 30 hours per week (12 AM to 6 AM Manila time)

Job Description :

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage inbound communications, including calls and emails, and provide exceptional support to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and deliver prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries.

This role requires the ability to handle a moderate volume of customer interactions efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities :

- Answer and manage toll-free calls,
collecting customer information and providing responses to inquiries based on company-provided guidelines (around 300 calls per month).
- Handle email inquiries and tickets with the same attention to detail and customer care as phone interactions (around 400 emails / tickets per month).
- Provide customers with accurate information regarding products, services, and frequently asked questions.
- Document interactions in the company's CRM system, ensuring all customer records are updated with relevant information.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues when necessary.
- Meet customer service performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction.

Requirements :

- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in handling both calls and emails.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of inquiries efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM software or ticketing systems is a plus.
