As a Customer Onboarding Associate , you'll steer international suppliers through smooth integration on a leading Product Experience Management (PXM) platform, empowering brands to shine across digital shelves. You'll handle supplier onboarding, streamline data management, and collaborate with tech teams to ensure a flawless digital experience. Join us and ride the wave of global e-commerce growth! Position Overview Employment Type: Indefinite-term contract Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (COL Time) Work Setup: Remote, Bogota/Medellin Lead the onboarding process for suppliers: assist in account creation, manage customer data, and guide them through platform autonomy processes. Track all supplier interactions, provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information. Engage with suppliers to offer feedback on new functionalities and suggest features to enhance platform user-friendliness. Collaborate with support and technical departments to report bugs, campaigns, and provide feedback through Jira tickets, Confluence pages, etc. What You'll Need to Succeed Requirements: Fluent in English, Spanish (mandatory), and Portuguese. Demonstrated experience in phone-based customer service. Proficient in communication, with structured and clear speech. Ability to simplify complex concepts effectively. Passionate about educating on new technologies. Organized, dynamic, and inherently driven by service and excellence. Enthusiastic about tackling challenges in team projects with ambitious goals. Education: Preferred background in Business or Economics. Proficiency in Google Suite. Plus: Graduated from a Business or Economics program.
