About the Role: Location: Colombia (Fully Remote Position) Pay: $800 USD/Month. What You'll Do: Work closely with directors, producers, and team members to understand the project's goals and vision. Edit videos weekly, creating compelling stories that connect with the target audience. Design eye-catching motion graphics and animations to enhance video projects. Use timing, music, and sound effects to boost the overall impact of the videos. Sync visuals with voiceovers, ensuring a smooth, professional final product. Experiment with editing techniques and effects to improve storytelling and engagement. Develop creative ideas for video projects, including trailers, promos, and social media content. Handle multiple video editing and animation projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality. Keep project files organized and follow company guidelines. Collaborate with the team to create editing templates, mockups, presets, and other assets to support and enhance the team's editing workflow. Background & Skills: Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in video editing with proficiency in After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite, and other related software. English Level: B2- Professional Level. Motion Graphics and Animation: Strong skills in motion graphics and animation to create dynamic and engaging videos. Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Adobe Audition, and other relevant tools. Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of marketing, production, corporate identity, advertising, and multimedia design. Mandatory: Must have the latest Adobe Creative Suite paid subscription, strong internet connection, and reliable equipment. Communication: Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the creative team and clients. Organizational Excellence: Manage multiple video editing and animation projects, and meet tight deadlines with top-notch organizational skills.
