Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute internal communication plans that drive employee engagement and alignment with company goals. Manage the internal content calendar for announcements, newsletters, and key updates. Collaborate with leadership and department heads to deliver consistent, clear messaging. Maintain and improve communication channels, including email, Slack, and intranet, to ensure seamless information flow. Coordinate and promote internal events, meetings, and initiatives that build culture and strengthen connections.
