As a Controllership Accounts Payable Senior Analyst, you're expected to: Manage accounting, reconciliation, end-to-end processes, and controls for accounts payable. Check the global needs in Accounts Payable across geos. Manage teams across different geos. Globalize the Accounts Payable process across geos. Review invoices, upload information in SAP, and manage accounts payable procedures to allow payments (Colombia + Off Shore), suppliers, payroll, taxes, corporate credit card, etc. Review and verify retentions and taxes regarding accounts payable. Automate manual processes in Accounts Payable. Oversee reimbursement processes, Concur travel support, and payment processes for client devolutions. Prepare monthly reconciliations, controls, and closing of the ledger accounts assigned to Accounts Payable. Prepare supporting documentation for internal and external audits. Support SAP 4 HANA implementation phases III and IV and related improvements. We are looking for a Controllership Accounts Payable Analyst who has: Bachelor's degree in Accounting with a minimum of 7 years of experience managing accounts payable areas, including proven experience in internal controls, reconciliations, constructing financial controls, and accounting closing. Previous experience in Shared Service Centers and proven experience in SAP 4 HANA. Advanced English level. Experience in financial institutions. Experience working with IFRS. Experience reporting to global teams. Experience in process automation (non-mandatory), Excel, Power BI, and basic SQL. Data analytics skills and knowledge. The position is based in Bogotá, Colombia.
