As a Contract Analyst, you will support proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and contract administration to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications. The position is based in Colombia, operating in a remote model. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Administer, extend, and support standard and nonstandard contracts Prepare bids, process specifications, progress, and other reports; advise management of contractual rights and obligations; compile and analyze data and maintain historical information Maintain contract and compliance administration in support of our pricing and contracts portfolios Coordinate with functional teams to ensure billings are issued, disputes are resolved, and increase collection rates Assist with the implementation and loading of executed contracts into contracting system Assist in problem-solving and resolution finding with Price Audits and customer inquiries Manage sales systems projects for future improvements and/or functionality expansions Required Knowledge and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or a related field At least 3 years of experience in a similar role Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong English verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Physical Job Requirements The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.
