This exciting role sits in the new Content Production team within the newly formed International Family and Professional (IFP) Growth organisation.
You'll be responsible for adapting, localising, and building assets (video, digital, social, ecomm print etc.)
following a dynamic creative optimization approach for our IFP brands, across multiple markets.
Plus, you'll be helping to build and lead an internal creative studio!

Main responsibilities: * Adapt, localize and build upon hero assets in order to produce key content for IFP brands for utilization across markets (video, digital, social, ecomm print etc.)
* Help to build and lead an internal studio for creative adaptation and localization of hero assets.
* Build dynamic creative optimization approach for digital creative, working closely with media team to optimize creative with agility.
* Ensure all content is consistent with the brand guidelines, voice and tone.
* Monitor and analyze content performance and utilization metrics to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
* Work with cybrarian to manage and organize content to be easily found and used appropriately – e.g.
meta tagging and usage rights.
* Excellent agency management to ensure successful and efficient production, ensuring vision is brought to life.
Experience and requirements: * At least 5 years of prior relevant experience in marketing, internal design, content production or agencies.
* Knowledge of Digital Asset Management and Product Information Management systems desirable.
* Advanced English level.
* Creative management and/or creative production experience.
* Complex, multi-market creative management expertise.
* Strong understand of fit for platform creative.
* Strong customer focus driven.
* Extensive agency management experience.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to positively collaborate with stakeholders from different geographies and disciplines.
