Communications Specialist

Job Description Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage internal communication campaigns and strategies to advance organizational goals.
Lead company-wide employee engagement initiatives to enhance connectivity and culture.
Support the development, implementation, and promotion of the Employee Value Proposition (EVP), creating regionally resonant tactics to strengthen PGD's organizational culture and retain talent.
Oversee the relationship between Employer Brand and local PGD employee communities to ensure alignment and cohesion.
Educate, advise and manage stakeholders across PGD on the value and impact of employer branding and recruitment marketing.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for each communication channel to measure campaign success.
Ensure all internal communication materials are consistent with the organization's brand.
Develop and maintain modern internal communication channels to improve information flow within PGD.
Manage an internal communications calendar to ensure timely and effective messaging.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, journalism or a similar focus.
+3 years of related work experience in communications or marketing.
Essential tools : Experience with Campaign Monitor or other email marketing platforms is preferred.
Additionally, proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, and InDesign, is required.
Experience successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Skilled at collaborating effectively across different levels of an organization, including strong stakeholder management abilities.
Superior English written and verbal communications skills.
