What the day will look like The Office Leader is responsible for leading and executing the strategic growth plans of the office in a market. This leader manages the portfolio of clients (SL-agnostic), fosters positive colleague experience in the office, and is accountable for overall office results. Models a "one-firm" mindset at all times. Responsibilities: Leads, personally participates in and is responsible for all business activities of the office, to enable growth across Solution Lines for the office to contribute to sub-region objectives. Serves as a point of integration for and ensures headcount delivers on client service activities. Supports strategic insurance carrier relationships in tandem with Solution Line leaders. Executes regional sales strategy and owns local sales pipeline. Support and influences talent related activities for the office (across all Solution Lines) including recruitment, training, engagement, performance, succession planning, and as appropriate employee relations. Manages the portfolio of clients (SL-agnostic), and ensures execution of Client Value Creation Model (CVCM) which includes a growth plan for every client in the office. Partners and collaborates with ABS leaders to utilize technology and shared operations to strengthen client service delivery. Promotes Aon's visibility and business networking within the community by encouraging staff participation in local organizations and representing Aon in professional and business associations. Responsible for role-modeling and fostering a positive and inclusive colleague experience in the office.
