We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Insight Lead to join our Brand & Innovation team within our fast-paced FMCH company. This role is crucial in driving the brand's success across the region by leveraging deep technical expertise and a profound understanding of market dynamics. Main responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of insight-driven strategies to support brand growth and innovation across multiple markets. Analyze and interpret complex data to provide actionable insights that challenge the status quo and drive business decisions. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, R&D, and Sales, to ensure alignment and execution of strategies. Foster a deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape within the region. Drive the creation and execution of initiatives that resonate with our target audience and enhance brand equity. Champion a culture of courage and ambition, encouraging teams to think boldly and embrace a challenger mindset in all aspects of work. Provide regional insights that align with global strategies while addressing local market nuances. About you Experience: 8+ years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG or FMCH sectors. Proven track record of driving successful brand strategies and innovations. Strong analytical skills and experience with market research tools and techniques. Deep Technical Knowledge: Expertise in market research, data analysis, and consumer insights, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable strategies. Regional Perspective: Strong understanding of regional market dynamics, with the ability to adapt strategies to different cultural contexts. Soft and technical skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Proactivity: A hands-on approach with the initiative to identify opportunities and act on them swiftly. Courage: Ability to make bold decisions and take calculated risks to drive innovation and brand growth. Challenger Mindset: Continuously question the status quo, seeking new ways to disrupt the market and create value. Ambition: A drive for excellence and a relentless pursuit of success. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus. Languages: Fluent in English; additional languages relevant to the region are a plus.
