Responsibilities Creation, management, and maintenance of complex web applications using JavaScript, Java, and ReactJS. Establishment of code quality through adherence to best practices and code review. Direction and mentoring for a team of 9 developers, providing guidance and support for their career progression. Prior experience with a production Cloud environment. Competent communication ability with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
