About the Role As a Chief Financial Administrator, you will be responsible for managing comprehensive bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks for multiple businesses, handling accounts payable and receivable, reconciling accounts, and overseeing invoicing processes. You will also assist with payroll management, organize digital files, manage email accounts, and conduct targeted research tasks. Key Responsibilities Manage comprehensive bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks for multiple businesses Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and accuracy Reconcile accounts and meticulously record financial transactions Oversee invoicing processes and assist with payroll management Organize and maintain digital files using Dropbox, ensuring easy accessibility and proper documentation Manage multiple email accounts and assist with professional correspondence Conduct targeted research tasks Develop and format engaging presentations using PowerPoint or similar software Compile and synthesize monthly reports from various managers into cohesive, well-formatted documents Coordinate travel arrangements, including research and bookings Conduct follow-up calls with vendors for billing inquiries or discrepancies Assist in streamlining operations and identifying areas for process improvement Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience in bookkeeping and financial record-keeping, with proficiency in QuickBooks.
