We are seeking a skilled Call Center Representative to join our team in Barranquilla. The role involves providing translation services (live and document translation). This is a 3-month pilot position with the opportunity for remote work upon successful completion. Key Responsibilities: Deliver live translation services and translate documents from English to Spanish for clients. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients. Manage sales and appointment-setting tasks to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth. Handle administrative tasks, including managing planillas. Maintain and update client records in compliance with company policies. Requirements: High proficiency in English. Experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting is essential. Must have a valid Cedula and RUT. Ability to work under a prestación de servicios contract. B2B Experience. Work Environment: Onsite work at Regus in Green Towers, Barranquilla.
