We are a rapidly growing organization with clients from Fortune 500 companies to leading Silicon Valley tech startups, and we're looking to bring on a Business Development Manager to help us propel our growth.

Requirements Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Sales experience or a desire to grow in sales.
Meticulous organization skills.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, Google docs and writing proposals.
Hard-working and super proactive.
SEO experience/knowledge is a huge plus!  Fluent in verbal/written English.
Responsibilities Send pre-meeting reminders via email and text for all new calls.
Attend any new client meetings and take notes on action items.
Schedule secondary calls with appropriate team members.
Set reminders for all emails the Director of SEO needs to reply to on a daily basis.
Frequently follow up with all outstanding proposals to move deals along the pipeline.
Keep CRM pipeline numbers and deal stages up to date.
Keep the Director of SEO's inbox organized.
Note any internal meetings or deadlines for reminders.
Set up SearchAtlas tabs for relevant demo meetings.
Set up any client accounts, invoices, subscriptions.
