We are looking for a dynamic professional with a strong background in business development for engineering contractors. Key Responsibilities Business Development Strategy : Develop and implement effective business development strategies to identify and secure new opportunities in the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors. Market Analysis : Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the LATAM region. Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to drive business growth. Proposal Development : Lead the preparation and submission of high-quality proposals and bids, ensuring alignment with client needs and company capabilities. Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, project management, and finance, to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. Performance Metrics : Establish and monitor performance metrics to track progress against business development goals and objectives. Networking : Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance visibility and build a network of potential clients and partners. Required Qualifications Experience : 3-5 years of experience in business development for engineering contractors, with a proven track record of success. Education : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus. Skills : Strong understanding of the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with the LATAM market and the specific challenges and opportunities in the region.
