We are looking for a Bilingual Business Analyst in Colombia to join us in taking our solutions to the next level.
What You'll Do As a Business Analyst, you will be the bridge between our clients and internal delivery teams.
You will understand, analyze, document, and manage business requirements and processes related to our client solutions.
You will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure all requirements are clearly defined and understood.
What We're Looking For Essential Requirements: Advanced English Proficiency: Level B2 or higher.
4+ Years of Experience: As a Business Analyst, QA, or software developer in software projects and websites.
Analytical Skills: Experience with standard analysis techniques such as data flow modeling, workflow analysis, user stories, acceptance criteria, business requirements documents, customer journeys, and use cases.
Effective Communication and Attention to Detail: Excellent skills in communicating complex ideas clearly and concisely.
Education: Degree in Systems Engineering or related studies.
