Mission The Booking Specialist Junior is responsible for managing large-scale micro-influencer marketing campaigns.
The primary mission is to identify and recruit suitable influencers, ensuring successful campaign execution and organization, while maintaining excellent communication with internal stakeholders.

Requirements Job Functions Influencer Identification and Recruitment: Use tools and strategies to find and engage micro-influencers (800-10,000 followers) based on campaign requirements.
Campaign Management: Handle multiple campaigns simultaneously, managing influencers, contracts, and deliverables across a wide range of campaigns (up to 300 influencers at once).
Organization and Attention to Detail: Track and manage multiple chats and communications with influencers, ensuring deadlines are met and all campaign details are followed.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal directors to fulfill campaign needs and maintain good communication.
Social Media Knowledge: Leverage understanding of social platforms to manage campaigns effectively and make recommendations.
