As a Billing Coordinator, you will aim to support the administrative tasks related to our client's operational and administrative processes. Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to: Remain up-to-date and knowledgeable about all billing processes and procedures both internal and external Execute with a high level of accuracy and efficiency in all tasks and responsibilities assigned Work with a sense of urgency to resolve billing disputes and customer complaints in a professional manner Analyze customer invoicing requirements and take note of specific details to uphold customer satisfaction Take initiative and attempt to identify and resolve billing discrepancies as they arise Monitor, escalate, and report identified discrepancies to the Billing Manager and if called upon, flex into support where necessary to solve and close the problem Prepare accurate invoices for customers with proper documentation attached Process invoices from carriers with verification of all documents and special accessorials Maintain accurate billing records and ensure data integrity Provide support to other departments as needed Requirements: What would help you succeed: Believe and love what you do. Detail Oriented. Open to feedback. Sense of Urgency. Recursive. Decisive. Minimum requirements: Education: High School Degree is required . Desirable (but not required) studies in International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Languages, Logistics, Accounting, Finance, or administrative related. Other studies are also considered. Experience: At least 6 months of experience with administrative tasks, data entry, back office, customer service or any related field is preferred. Experience in logistics is also beneficial, and other experiences could also be considered. Language: Good English skills. B2 or higher level is preferred. Perks: Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., following the American Calendar. Contract: Indefinite term contract + Benefits. Location: Remote only in Colombia.
