In Solvo Global, we are looking for a Sales Manager for our Benefits Sales team. The Benefit Sales Manager directly reports to and supports the RVP, NVP, and SVP of Benefit Sales. Act as a liaison after the sale of benefits occurs and collect all documents from the client to submit to the carrier. They are responsible for coordinating/working with the Broker of Record (BOR) during renewals to 90 days out. They manage the Q 7 A webpage and input current and recommended plans into the OM comparison spreadsheet when working directly with the carrier. KBA self-funded plan reinsurance contract assistance/project. Responsibilities: Effectively manage assigned staff in achieving departmental and individual goals. Oversee open market quote and sales implementation process with Broker partners and insurance carriers. Oversee Broker of Record (BOR) process. Coordinate training and scheduling for Benefits sales staff. Maintain supplies of sales presentation materials, including slides and brochures. Analyze customer shopping data to optimize sales efforts and better identify potential customers. Track the quotas and goals of each member of the sales team. Answer client questions regarding their account or sales products. Work with staff members from other departments such as marketing, research/design, and financing to optimize sales. Other duties as assigned. Level of Study Required: Bachelor's degree in sales and marketing or business management. 4+ years in a management sales role, with proven results. Skills and Qualifications: Expert in Microsoft Office skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to develop strong working relationships with various internal departments and external clients, brokers, and vendors. Viewed as a subject matter expert on internal systems and processes. Knowledge of trends and regulations in their specific industry. Excellent leadership and coaching abilities. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
