Job Overview: The Bilingual Project Coordinator will oversee the coordination of various projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery and efficient organization of tasks. Responsibilities include preparing estimates for contract bidding, managing project schedules, and maintaining all relevant documentation. This role requires excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities. Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing estimates and bids for contracts. Perform data entry to ensure all contract-related documents are accurately prepared and organized. Coordinate and manage project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met and progress is tracked. Maintain and manage all project documentation, ensuring files are up-to-date and compliant with company standards. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project execution. Track and monitor the status of ongoing projects, providing timely updates and reports.
