Position Overview: We're seeking a Bilingual Intake Specialist to qualify or disqualify potential new clients and determine if they are a good fit for our legal services. As the first point of contact, you'll play a vital role in setting the tone for a positive client experience. Your main responsibility will be to guide potential clients through the initial intake process and book consultations with our team. This is a full-time, remote position, and you'll work from home during our standard business hours, 9 AM - 6 PM, either EST or PST, Monday to Friday, and some Saturdays a month. Responsibilities: Answer and screen inbound calls from potential new clients Conduct outbound calls Ask key qualifying questions to assess if they are a fit for a consultation with our team Book consultations for qualified potential clients using our scheduling system Take clear and organized notes during calls and update client information accurately in Salesforce CRM Manage follow-up emails and documentation for prospective clients Requirements: Fluent in both English and Spanish (100% proficiency in both languages required) Strong communication and customer service skills Experience in a call center or client intake setting is a plus Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or similar systems Stable internet connection, own computer/laptop, and a headset Ideal Candidate Profile: Friendly, empathetic, and excellent at building rapport Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Punctual and reliable Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and multitasking effectively Open to learning and using new software and tools Additional Details: Location: Remote (Non-U.S. residents only) Hours: 9 AM - 6 PM, either EST or PST, Monday to Friday, and some Saturdays a month Compensation: $650 USD/month Job Type: Full-time, Contractor Join us in making a difference in people's lives through dedicated immigration support.
