Process orders. Manage returns and ensure customer satisfaction. Management of complaints and claims to improve the quality of service. REQUIREMENTS We are looking for empathetic, multifaceted, passionate, autonomous people with a good conversational command of the English language (B2 onwards), who can express their ideas clearly and assertively, as well as a high sense of integrity in their personal values. Time availability to work in person in the metropolitan area of Medellín (Sabaneta, Antioquia). No experience required.
