Hiring: Business Development Representative in our Medellín offices. This is a full-time, on-site job. Base Salary starts at USD 2k and OTE is USD 4k per month. For more info visit elev8.io Position Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven Business Development Representative (BDR), preferably with B2B experience, to join our team located in Medellin, Colombia. This is a full-time position at our offices in Poblado, Medellin but remote work can be arranged after completion of the initial training process and consistent attainment of the established targets. Our clients depend on strategic referral partners (mental health therapists, attorneys, hospitals, addiction treatment centers, etc.) to ensure a steady stream of new admits coming to their facility at a low cost per acquisition. While our clients prioritize nurturing these relationships, they need A-player sales reps to help open doors to new opportunities, and that's why we're looking to provide an extremely competitive salary to secure highly qualified appointments with key referral sources. The BDR is expected to call prospects in our email outreach campaigns, pre-qualify leads, and send personalized emails/follow-ups to ensure that our clients receive a steady stream of appointments. Some of these appointments will be booked via our automated marketing processes; however, many prospects are best won over the phone. It is not a hard sell as you are not soliciting a meeting on the basis they will one day pay. It is arguably, the easiest sale out there since we are calling to schedule meetings that will benefit them without any financial commitments and drive new business their way as well. A true win-win scenario. The BDR is expected to perform some research to understand our clients' needs and perform general sales development functions to build a pipeline within targeted accounts designated by sales management. Responsibilities: Your main goal is to schedule a consistently high volume of appointments for our clients and ensure a high meeting show rate. 50-75 touchpoints per day, primarily through cold calling (the most effective in this industry). The prospects will be provided to you by our Sales Ops Manager, who is supported by our Data Entry clerks to ensure that you are working with pre-qualified leads. Contribute towards other touchpoints in the sales cadence using templates and marketing data we have collected on prospects. Update the CRM with your call outcomes and document important information gathered to ensure an effective lead handoff process to the assigned AE. Conduct online marketing research on the new business leads and explain our solutions to prospects (training for this will be provided). Requirements: English speaking from C2 or above. 1+ year experience in B2B Sales. Ability to listen to prospects, handle objections, and learn industry terminology. Energized, coachable, and comfortable working towards daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Experience selling digital marketing solutions and working with CRM or Sales Enablement software. Experience in healthcare sales is an advantage but not mandatory. Compensation and Growth Potential: This is a perfect opportunity for any ambitious and hardworking candidate who wants to build a career in sales (e.g. advance from BDR to Sales Manager or Account Executive, and eventually help steer the ship). Extremely competitive compensation structure. Base Salary 8,000,000 - 12,000,000 Pesos + Uncapped Commission.
