B2B FP&A Analyst Reports To Direct Line: Sales & Operation Manager B2B Dotted Line: N/A Core Responsibilities Support data and analytics requests by gathering B2B Finance requirements, sourcing and validating data, analyzing data, building models, and presenting results. Extract data from B2B Business Unit to manipulate/calculate/format into presentable reports, charts, and graphs. Design, build, and implement new report formats and layouts on a customized basis. Develop reports to assist in the analysis and improvement of financial and operational efficiency and standardization. Manage Historical and Forecasted metrics to keep reports accurate in a constantly changing environment. Analyze and evaluate appropriate financial and statistical data, reports and records to anticipate changing needs and demands. Review reports and ensure that financial and operational information have been presented accurately. Optimize and improve efficiencies, quality, timeliness and sort out relevance of current routine reports and processes. Proactively applies analytical and research skills to monitor trends and elevate issues. Seek opportunities for automation or enhancement of existing methodologies. Work collaboratively with team members to troubleshoot, resolve and implement required changes in the development, test, staging, of new tools. Serves as expert resource and educates others on appropriate utilization of systems and tools to support the delivery of quality care and Financial/research excellence. Provide support during the Budgeting and Forecasting processes ensuring that all the tools, templates and presentations are updated. Provide support to Investor Relations by delivering the reports on time plus validating and executing consistency checks. Ensure that all our processes and reports are SOX compliance. Key Interfaces Most of the interactions are with internal stakeholders and focused on reporting and data accuracy. Most of its interactions are within the B2B Business Unit and Financial Planning department but it should be ready to present in front of other functional leaders within Finance and the group CFO. Keeps management informed of project status through periodic status reporting and project updates. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or equivalent experience. Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office, databases, FCCS, HFM and Hyperion Planning. Experience with Tableau, Power BI or other similar visualization and analytical tools. Fluent in English and Spanish. Experience 2-3 years' data analysis or BI work experience within a finance functional area and dashboard designs. Positive attitude with lots of energy. Proactive attitude. Financial acumen and strong analytical skills are highly preferred. Highly detail oriented and organized.
