Fluent English level. 1 or 2 years of related experience in working with contracts or in a contract-related capacity, preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Strong team player. Excellent organizational skills required with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Strong written and oral communication skills. Able to manage time and complete multiple projects independently and proactively. Must maintain a high level of confidentiality. Must exhibit a professional demeanor and be able to establish relationships. Ability to handle difficult situations. Demonstrated organizational skills and detail-oriented. Nice to have: Portuguese language.
