Application Support Engineer Colombia | Full Time

You're the player we're missing on this TOP Team! We're looking for an Application Support Engineer. You will be responsible for resolving issues through maintenance and application support based on the requirements of the applications that need to be installed. Applicants need to have thorough knowledge or experience in application support and programming. What you'll be doing: Follow the corporate guidelines for software development. Resolve tickets, maintain excellent verbal communication skills, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues at all levels. Identify the root cause in application support to provide the networking/telecommunications or infrastructure department with enough information to resolve the problem. Provide support for activities identified by the corporate software development team. Guide TP development software; assist the Development Coordinator to execute software updates and deploy applications. The TOP Team is looking for someone who: Has an intermediate-advanced English level. Has a technology or professional degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Systems, or similar.
