Key Responsibilities: Data Tracking & Implementation: Set up and manage tracking systems using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Microsoft Clarity, and other analytics tools on WordPress. Implement custom event tracking, user behavior tracking, and conversion goals across digital platforms. Ensure data integrity and troubleshoot any tracking or reporting issues. Performance Analysis: Analyze website performance, user engagement, and marketing campaign metrics to identify areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights to drive lead generation, sales conversions, and overall digital performance. Develop attribution models to evaluate campaign effectiveness. Reporting & Visualization: Create intuitive and actionable dashboards using GA4, HubSpot, Looker Studio, Power BI, and other visualization tools. Present insights and trends to cross-functional teams in an easily digestible format. Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to define KPIs and ensure alignment on data needs. Support team initiatives with data-driven recommendations for website optimization, marketing strategies, and lead nurturing. Tool Integration & Optimization: Oversee seamless integration of analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot CRM, Microsoft Clarity, and GTM) with marketing platforms. Evaluate and recommend new tools or systems to enhance analytics capabilities. Testing & Experimentation: Assist with A/B testing and multivariate testing for website features, marketing campaigns, and user flows. Use analytics insights to guide hypothesis creation and experiment strategies. Key Qualifications: 2-5 years of experience in analytics, with a strong focus on digital marketing performance. Expertise in GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), HubSpot CRM, and Microsoft Clarity. Deep understanding of setting up custom events and triggers in GTM to track user behavior accurately across websites and campaigns. Expertise in creating audience segments based on behavioral data and using them effectively in GA4, HubSpot, and other tools for targeted campaigns. Experience implementing Analytics on WordPress. Proven ability to implement and troubleshoot advanced tracking setups. Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from datasets. Knowledge of SEO tools like SEMrush and Ahrefs. Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI). Familiarity with heatmap and session replay tools like Microsoft Clarity. Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, CPA, ROI, etc.). Knowledge of website optimization strategies (e.g., site speed, UX improvements). Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting data-driven insights to stakeholders. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): Understanding of Google Ads and lead generation pipelines. Familiarity with funnel optimization and customer journey mapping. Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques (e.g., regression analysis, hypothesis testing). Certification in tools such as Google Analytics (GA4) or HubSpot is a plus. Hands-on experience with A/B testing platforms like Optimizely or VWO. Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy regulations to ensure compliance in analytics tracking and reporting.
