Mission Analytics engineers (AE) make use of the infraestructure and environment created by data engineers and create reusable data assets. As a team member responsible for helping to bridge the gap between business and technology, the analytics engineer role requires equal amounts acumen and technical acumen. What you will do Understand the data structure of ADDI from its origin (events, transactional tables, and data received from multiple tools), participating in PRs and making decisions about its integrity, consistency, relevance, completeness, and how, where, and when it should be modeled in our analytical datasets. Maintain and build our multi-hoop by handling data ingestion, cleaning, and transformation. It will need to technically define each data product (trust tables, datamarts, etc), understand and apply business logic, follow standards and best practices, and be responsible for testing, validation, maintenance, and alerts. Maintain and create dashboards and other reports needed by our stakeholders. Perform operational tasks such as handling and creating alerts, creating runbooks, resolving ad-hoc tasks (simple requests not part of long-term planned initiatives), and responding to inquiries in our support channels. Also this person must attend alerts and incidents during the on call rotation. Execute medium-complexity end-to-end initiatives (for example, creating a new pipeline from ingestion to final report), respecting commitments and deadlines, potentially as part of a squad, and always following the team's work standards. Requirements Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating large datasets. Python knowledge (at basic level). Experience in designing and implementing data models. Understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools (e.g., Apache Airflow , Talend, dbt ). Experience with Github. Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and platforms (e.g., Databricks , Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, Snowflake). Experience with data visualization tools as Looker, Power BI, Tableau, Preset, etc Ability to perform complex data analysis and develop insightful reports. Ability to effectively communicate findings and technical details to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong teamwork, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously. Desirable Qualifications Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS , Google Cloud Platform, or Azure. Knowledge of advanced statistical methods or machine learning techniques. Familiarity with big data frameworks like Hadoop or Spark. Understanding of data governance practices and quality assurance processes.
