Analyst- Private Sector Engagement - P&C The Partnerships & Communications area is seeking a highly motivated Analyst to support private sector engagement. The Analyst will assist the Senior Partnerships Manager in partner profiling, data/trends analysis, and outreach events or activities to maintain an up-to-date understanding of the private sector landscape in agricultural research. The position will be based in the operations center of the Americas, located in the Campus of Palmira, Colombia. Key Responsibilities Facilitate private sector engagement by organizing outreach campaign activities to inform new industry players, contributing to the expansion of Alliance's partnerships. Support data collection for identifying impact-driven private sector organizations aligned with sustainability-related impact and research. Collect and organize documents on private sector intelligence to provide a comprehensive understanding of the broader private sector environment in alignment with the Alliance's strategy for partnerships. Assist with administrative matters in preparing PPT presentations, events, and data analyses on private sector engagement trends and issues, ensuring all outputs comply with internal guidelines and standards. Maintain a database of information related to ongoing and potential partnerships, ensuring consistency and accuracy of data. Support private sector engagement due diligence by monitoring existing partnerships and regularly engaging with partners to identify new avenues for collaboration. Provide administrative support and follow-up. Work closely with the regional research team and Headquarters to maintain updated data for a growing portfolio of private donors. Requirements Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Business, International Relations, International Development, or another relevant field. 1 year of experience in similar positions. Advanced or intermediate English level (oral and written). Interest and/or knowledge of the private sector, particularly focused on the agricultural sector, is highly valued. Competencies: Ability to work in a collaborative team environment. Autonomy and proactivity. Planning skills. Effective communication. Benefits Terms of Employment: This is a national recruited position placed at a BG06, on a scale of 14 levels, with level 14 being the highest. This is a Colombian national search and will be managed through a fixed-term contract of one (1) year, subject to a probation period according to local legislation, and is renewable depending on performance and availability of resources.
