Job Description: Kenvue is recruiting for a Lease Accounting Analyst for its Finance Operations team.

This role is part of Finance Operations with the successful candidate being a valuable contributor to the Lease Accounting team .
The Analyst is responsible for supporting Kenvue's Lease Accounting processes in compliance with company policy and applicable regulatory requirements.
What You Will Do Key Responsibilities Process responsibilities: • Support all activities related to Leases Accounting including initial lease assessments, disposals, transfers, as well as supporting the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures to comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Support ongoing improvements and automation projects within the accounting team.
• Remain current with industry trends, changes in accounting rulings, and latest technologies to ensure the team is evolving as per industry standards.
Compliance: • Assist in any audit process raised by Legal Entity Controllership.
• Adhere to the strong internal controls in place to achieve "adequate" internal and external audit ratings.
• Support auditors and legal authorities with the execution of required activities • Understand, adhere to, and execute worldwide policies and procedures.
Identify compliance risks and recommend solutions to remediate / prevent breach • Ensure strong internal controls are in place, to achieve "adequate" internal and external audit ratings What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications • A minimum of a bachelor's level degree or equivalent is required, preferably in accounting or finance.
• Fluent English, other language skills desirable • 1-3 years of professional experience • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with employees at all levels • Be open to new ideas, rapid change and embracing new technologies • Experience in a Lease Accounting department desirable • Be organized and work efficiently to meet tight deadlines • Solid US GAAP accounting knowledge preferrable • Experience in a Shared Service Centre of a multinational corporation or BPO What's In It For You • Competitive Benefit Package • Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time, Flexible Ways of Working & More!
