The Job As a Digital Monetization Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the financial operations within the Digital Ad Sales and Linear Ad Sales areas. Reporting directly to the Digital Monetization Manager, you will help optimize cost management and expense tracking across several platforms and regions. This position is critical for maintaining financial integrity and efficiency within our diverse and dynamic sales environments. The Daily – Major Activities Digital Cost Management (50%) : You will assist in managing around 50 Ad Sales multi-platform expense budgets across Miami, USH, Colombia, CENAM, and Digital LATAM/USH. Responsibilities include detailed reporting, thorough analysis, and meticulous reconciliation of ad sales costs. Expense Budget Management (40%) : Monitor and oversee Linear Ad Sales costs, ensuring accurate reporting, reconciliation, and invoice processing within various Warner Bros. Discovery Financial Systems. Budget Planning Support (10%) : Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to aid in the planning, reporting, and reconciliation of expense budgets. This involves maintaining clear communication and ensuring all financial operations align with company goals and regulations. The Essentials Experience in finance, strategic planning, reporting, and analysis of revenue and expenses; Experience in finance operations, able to manage well Excel (advanced) and other tools such as Tableau; Organized and detail oriented; Self-motivated, committed, and reliable; Fluent in English and Spanish, Portuguese a plus; Time management skills.
