Job Summary We are seeking a Trust and Safety Analyst to join our team and help to investigate, mitigate and respond to reports of abuse across our global network. Ensuring instances of fraud or abuse are resolved effectively is of utmost importance. As we grow, there will be ample opportunity for growth in the role to become a specialist in handling fraud and abuse issues on our network and reducing instances of fraudulent orders being provisioned, and removing fraudulent customers from our services. Responsibilities Work closely with the Head of Trust and Safety to promptly process abuse reports efficiently and in line with company policies and guidelines. Assist colleagues with abuse issues, acting as a point of contact for our support teams to review suspicious accounts. Identify pain points related to abuse management and propose solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure abuse is promptly shut down on our network, particularly working with the domains team and system operations team. Participate in audits of potential abuse to proactively identify and resolve issues. Review orders flagged by our fraud detection system and suspicious accounts flagged via colleagues and abuse reports from third parties. Goals Become an abuse specialist, confident of the different types of abuse which can occur and the appropriate internal processes and guidance which should be applied. Effectively process abuse reports and reduce overall fraud on our systems, ensuring accounts are thoroughly investigated and appropriate action taken.
