What We're Looking For: Solid Experience: At least 10 years managing software development projects, combining Project Management, agile mindset, and lean thinking. PMP Certification: PMP certification from PMI. Disciplined Agile Delivery: Experience in Disciplined Agile Delivery, driving adaptation and change velocity in teams. Comprehensive Management: Competence in managing Projects, Programs, and Portfolios, including Budgets, Schedules, Change, Risk, and Knowledge. Training and Mentoring: Experience in training and mentoring teams. Change Management: Competence in Change Management and/or Executive Coaching. Desirable Technical Knowledge: ACP Certification: ACP certification from PMI. Metrics and Objectives: Familiarity with OKR and KPI.
