Aesthetics Advisor Representative

Barranquilla, Colombia | Posted on 12/12/2024 We are seeking a dynamic Aesthetic Advisor Representative to join our team.
In this role, you will manage inbound and outbound leads, conduct consultations, and schedule treatments for a network of clinics.

Conduct sales consultations and close deals with new and existing clients.
Drive clinic sales and meet monthly targets through cross-promotion of services.
Educate clients on procedures, pricing, and financing options.
Schedule in-clinic consultations and treatments.
Build relationships with clients, providing outstanding customer service and follow-up.
Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
6 months+ Customer Service / BPO experience in a target-driven environment.
Sales, Collections and/or retention Experience is preferred Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce and video conferencing platforms.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and manage a client pipeline effectively.
