Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented CRE Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support our clients and internal teams by leveraging our advanced AI-driven platform to streamline real estate investment and financing processes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of transactions, providing exceptional service to our clients, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our platform. Key Responsibilities: Assist clients with the use of Smart Capital Center's platform, providing guidance and troubleshooting issues as they arise. Gather, analyze, and input real estate data into our system, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Support the automation and digitization of real estate investment and financing transactions. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are completed on time. Generate reports and insights for clients based on data processed through our platform. Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AI, finance, and real estate to provide informed support and suggestions. Contribute to the development and refinement of our platform by providing user feedback and identifying areas for improvement. Qualifications: Proven experience in a virtual assistant role, preferably within the real estate or finance industries. Strong understanding of commercial real estate investment and financing processes. Proficiency in using AI-driven tools and platforms. Excellent data management and analysis skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
