Accountant With Us Experience

* Job purpose: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Specialist to support accounting functions for our growing team.
* Duties and responsibilities: Record revenue and depreciation accurately.
Process inventory journal entries and payroll allocations.
Prepare payroll accrual and other journal entries for accrued and prepaid expenses.
Perform journal entries to adjust ledger balances.
Conduct reconciliations for various accounts, including clearing accounts, banks, loans, and credit cards.
Generate month-end reports and assist with special accounting projects as needed.
Support transaction coding as required.
