Position : Accountant/Bookkeeper Working Hours : Monday to Friday, TBD Salary Range : Bookkeeper: $1,000 - $3,000 USD per month : CPA (Big 4 experience) up to $5,000 USD per month Search Location : Latin America About the job: We are seeking a highly skilled and autonomous Accountant/Bookkeeper with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, be adept at identifying patterns, and possess solid communication skills in English.
Depending on your experience, we are open to either a strong bookkeeper or a more advanced CPA with Big 4 experience.
Duties and Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including financial record keeping, invoicing, and reconciliation Prepare financial reports and statements for management review Analyze financial data, identifying patterns and discrepancies Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning efforts Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax laws Collaborate with the team to streamline financial processes and reporting Manage payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and other related functions Qualifications: At least 2 years of proven experience as an Accountant or Bookkeeper Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Proficiency in accounting software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) Excellent English communication skills Ability to work autonomously and find creative solutions CPA with Big 4 experience is a plus (for the higher-end salary range) Availability to work within North American or European time zones
