What's in the Script: Your Role at a Glance Prescription for Success: What You'll Be Doing Process and enter orders, including Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) entries. Monitor and receive Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) orders. Review and resolve price discrepancies, shipping dates, due dates, and lead times. Monitor and manage the open order and daily shipping reports; proactively cancel back orders and notify customers for cancellations when applicable. Update purchase order due dates and extend them when necessary. Add customer items upon receipt of orders to ensure accurate record-keeping. Communicate detailed shipping information and cuts reports to customers. Conduct compliance research and resolve disputes when necessary. Collaborate with warehouse teams on shipping, product put-aways, and cycle counts. Work with the reconciliation and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to facilitate product release across all sites. Maintain daily communication with customers and brokers to ensure satisfaction and address inquiries. Manage Inside Sales accounts, where applicable. Requirements The Perfect Dosage: What You Need to Bring Excellent communication skills (English proficiency: C1 - C2 level). Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong attention to detail. Experience working night shifts. Problem-solving abilities and the capability to work independently. Five-day work week with weekends off.
