Our low-stress environment is perfect for great collaborators. We're looking for people with previous agency experience, but are open to candidates that are a great fit. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying upsell opportunities. The Account Manager will collaborate with the Client Services team to develop and execute successful digital marketing strategies. Qualifications Excellent client management skills with a proven track record of providing outstanding client service Strong project management and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager) Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights Experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field Experience in managing budgets and meeting targets Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Experience with Hubspot or other CRM platforms #J-18808-Ljbffr
